HELP - need motivation

I just finished your book, BLITZ 1 complete and successful!  Now I am embarking on a 2nd BLITZ and I am not as great a finding that same motivation.  HELP!

Please Help!

As I said before I am really struggling with this extra fat I am carrying around my waist. So my question (finally) is:  What should I do?

As a focus for increasing self-efficacy (confidence) for engaging in exercise, exercises must be properly learned that will serve as staples for their exercise programs in various aspects. Additionally one way to learn material is to watch videos with explanation.  There will progressively be more videos available on this site to assist in improving confidence. Overcoming barriers is also very powerful in increasing success and confidence.  Examples will hopefully provide willpower to overcome common barriers to performing regular exercise and following a nutritional plan that will accomplish everything that you want.
